Added new developer API classes.
Added better support for custom actions (developer API)
Improved action handlers. Actions are now queued as QueuedActions with pre-calculated values.
Fixed actions with [everyone] being executed with the placeholders of the executive user instead of the original player.
Added the ability to add multiple Discord webhooks.
