Added MySQL logging for made sales.
Added a new option to allow only a limited number of sales per item per 24 hours.
Added a new general option to have the worths of items decrease the more they have sold in the last 24 items (of that item), based on tiers.
Added NBT checking for Bukkit items so there is less chance to have cross-plugin custom item selling.
