Java 8 support + minimum time improvements + new placeholders. 2.2.1
Added support for AdditionsPlus v2.7.0. No older versions are supported anymore!
Added new placeholders. You can now add '_[menu]' after every placeholder to select a specific menu instead of the default one.
Added a time left to wait counter for the minimum time online, with the %time_left% placeholder in the 'must_be_longer_online' message.
Fixed minimum time online not working properly.
Downgraded to Java 8 for better cross-version support.
