No Chat Reports - Spigot
Description
This is a plugin which blocks the ability of reporting chat messages and /msg messages.
There are other plugins that claim to do the same thing. However, this plugin is currently the only plugin which is able to fully replicate the vanilla behavior (such as multi language support).
